Pence completed a historic renovation to the Waller Hall building located on the Willamette University Campus which was originally built in 1867. The project renewed the original exterior appearance of the building while providing much needed functional repairs. Work included exterior brick staining and repointing, new windows, a new roof, gutters and downspouts. The cupola was completely restored with new walkways, supports, railings and copper roof.  The cupola’s interior, replete with years of signatures and drawings, was preserved.
