Phi Kappa Psi is a three story, 13,140 square foot student housing project at Oregon State University in Corvallis, Oregon. The facility has 27 rooms including a 400 square foot alumni terrace constructed with reclaimed bricks from the existing house earlier destroyed by fire. The dining hall is 1,200 square feet and seats up to 80 occupants. There is an abundant space for bicycle parking both exterior and interior and a flexible kitchen that can provide catering services as well.
