In preparation of a large office occupation, Deloitte, an international business consulting firm, required a remodel of more than 17,000 square feet of office space in Salem, Oregon.  Specific team functions were taken into account when moving walls, adding technology and systems improvements. Deloitte needed 17 offices, 7 large conference rooms, and a large office space for 134
cubicles . This was a full interior remodel that included extensive demolition, framing, drywall, plumbing, mechanical (all new rooftop units for the entire space), electrical, flooring, storefront door and window systems, new doors with aluminum frames, and a custom folding partition wall.
